Team Minko World LLC is a small game development company founded in June of 2025. When I say small, I mean it; there is only one person working here (for now) who goes by the pseudonym Minko T. Craftwish. (That's me!)

We aim to create fun games, starting with our card game, Cookie Chomper. After that, we may try making video games. We may even branch out and create things more akin to simulations or digital toys, some of which may be hosted directly on this website. So all in all, you should expect some fun times around here!

I (Minko T. Craftwish) have been making small games off and on for the past 20 years, mostly as a personal hobby. I shared these games only with close friends or people who happened to stumble upon my work or spaces online. I started this company so I could try turning this hobby into something a tad more professional, and present my games to the whole world.

Team Minko World LLC strives to conduct Respectful Business Practices. Of course, respect can mean different things to different people, even though we would agree 99% of the time. So for the sake of that 1%, let's try to be specific so you can understand what to expect from us and hold us accountable to our claims.
In simple terms, we think respect means not treating people like a mere resource to be exploited, being honest, and respecting people's right to privacy. So, for example, we:

• won't sell your personal data to anyone
• won't hide a cancel subscription button from you somewhere amidst a sea of menus and walls of text
• won't hide what cookies or local-storage we've placed in your web browser (You can see it all on our monitoring page!)
• won't make it really hard to figure out what you pay us for our products
• won't change the legal definition of purchase to be more like borrow 300 pages deep in a EULA
• won't assume that if you don't opt-out, it means you've opted-in by default

We like to be honest, transparent, and fair. We like it when people treat us fair, and we like treating people that way in return. Are we going to be perfect all the time? Probably not; we're only human. But you can expect us to own our mistakes, make amends, and learn from those mistakes. That's just the Team Minko way.

Never professionally, though I'll admit I have used (and will keep using) some modern LLM's for personal use. We'll make our best effort to ensure no output from an AI (that we didn't create) will ever be used in our work.

A project we'll be working on some time in the future is our own artificial life simulations utilizing artificial neural networks, which is a class of AI that is vastly overshadowed by those fancy LLM's these days. The underlying technological architecture is fairly different, but it is AI none the less. But, that's for the future; one project at a time (and this isn't the project page for that anyway!)

I use this name mainly for two reasons: For the sake of privacy, and to keep my professional and personal lives separate. Also I think it's a pretty cool and whimsical sounding name, don't you agree?
